Between notes and orders, we do not have any record of cleanliness or furnishing concerns reported to us. We were unable to reconcile your username with a Guest profile to review reported and completed work orders however, we did find the ice maker was reported and addressed within the month of June. I know times are hard finding good help but I don't think I will be staying here anymore especially after the price increase and the quality of their units I don't think it's fair that companies are making their guest pay more to make up for the covid epidemic.☹□□ I have stayed with Hidden Mountain Resort several times and this is the worst unit I've had. And to top it all off the next morning there were ants crawling all over the kitchen counter. The bathroom was roomy and nice but the toilet sits right by the door and the huge whirlpool tub was so big and unsafe we found it hard to get in and out with only one grab bar so far away it was really no help and the floor was covered in hair. Outside the window of the bedroom sits the air conditioner units that sounds like an old washing machine when it comes on keeping you up at night. The living area was decorated nice but the sofa was old and dirty with stains on the cushions, the bedroom was cleaned and pretty but the bed was hard as a brick and in need of a new mattress. First thing I spotted was an older unit that needed some very needed updating, the table had been set with dishes that apparently had been there for awhile on a table that had crumbs all over it, the kitchen was nice but the appliances were old with a refrigerator that leaked water and made no ice. We checked into our rental (Blue Birds & Butterflies, unit #2519) expecting to find a great cottage for our stay in Pigeon Forge. We were so looking forward to finally getting a chance to get away and out the house.
